my FBS is around 6 to 6.4 and PPBS is 9.2 to 9.9 often feel sleepy?

Welcome to the group, 30266953bc. Your blood glucose numbers indicate that you are pre-diabetic. I believe it should be possible for you to bring blood glucose lower by making simple dietary and lifestyle changes. Please let us know your age, height and weight. Are you vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

You should reduce carbohydrate contents in your diet. That will reduce your PPBS number immediately as carb raises blood glucose most followed by the protein and fat causes rise in blood glucose least. You should include good fat in your diet without any guilt.
