Hi after taking medicine

My fasting sugar is around 100 &

Ppbs is littel higher 180

So is there any HOME REMEDIES to bring

Ppbs figur down

Your fasting level is good.High level of PPBS indicates that either you are consuming high glycemic foods or the portion sizes are large.Review your breakfast dishes.Cut down on easy carbs and add an egg.Search for lower glycemic foods on the net and try to include them in your breakfast diet.As far as I recollect, there is no home remedy for higher PPBS.

Diets have a direct effect on PPBS. Review your diet and reduce carbohydrate contents. Your PPBS will fall.
