I take 2 meals a day and one small snacks with nuts

Heavy BF with higher protiens and fats with low carb %

This keeps my sugar under control and eliminates the need to feed frequently

I don't eat any big meals just small regular meals, to keep my sugar balance, of whole organic food where possible including fruit and veg, nuts and seeds, some fish, some eggs, legumes only the small ones, etc. I was told I am a grazer by a complementary practitioner and I know he was right.

I feel 6 small meals with at least 1 hr of exercise daily should help . Check your sugar occasionally and don’t take insulin so often check with your doctor for your insulin dosage
