Its been more than 6 months and I was first diagnosed in April @ HBIAC 11 . Since then , I made changes in to my food habit and physical activities , and Now after 6 months , My Latest HBA!C is at 6.0 .. No Major Change in Food Habit Except WHITE RICE Is replace with Millets and Brown Rice and Avoided 3 Times Food to 2 Times ( two large meals ) and Fasting for 14 -15 Hours . ( 08 PM to 10 -11 AM).. Feeling Good

difficult for others to keep fasting till 9am and have sufficient energy to feel active and work or be in yoga
I dont think so .. I encouraged my mother to do the same thing .. she is now adjusting to it ,initially she felt HYPOS and Sudden Rise in Sugar levels after breaking fast .. I forced to her to continue with monitoring BG at intervals , now she can do at-least 14 hours fasting and she takes insulin , She reduced insulin in take .. now her HBA1C is @ 7 , all time LOW in her 15 years as DM2 as high as 10 -11 ,
