My sugar level is 170 180 ,random what can i do

Random sugar till 150 is considered normal and upto 200 is taken as pre-diabetic.

However it is better if you take a proper Fasting Blood Sugar and PP Test to confirm your doubts.

No proper diagnosis can be made on the basis of Random Test.

Any rbs beyond 140 is diabetes.

Get reports done and start lchf diet soon.

Details given by you are very sketchy and inadequate to give any suggestion.Get FBS,PPBS and HbA1c test results and then only anybody can give a suggestions.
