Very safe. You can take as much as you like. Take lemon water to get rid of uric acid. Unsweetened one

I agree with the advice. Cucumber contains lot of water which is suitable for diabetics as well. You should avoid some vegetables that are hign in purines e.g. spinach, mushroom and asparagus. Also limit consumption of meat, seafood as well as alcohol.

BTW, I never know that cucumber is good for bones.

In this context, spinach is high in purines therefore, people who have suffered from gout should not consume in big quantity. Other than that spinach is an excellent veggie.
