I am reporting back after 3 months. In between, away to Europe tour and extended stay in UK,totally for two months. Due to the type of food taken in abundance, blood sugar had shot up to FBS 154 and PPBS 210.(Readings taken after one week of reaching India).
Last 15 days started LWMDR again for breakfast and Dinner. Started reducing my weight also, which had increased by 4 kilos.
Today I find my sugar readings as, FBS 114 and PPBS 140. Three days back, it was 118 and 145.
Weight had reduced by 2 kilos.
Same LWMDR diet, as Mr.Shooter George had advised, which I had taken before.
Thanks to Shooter George. Now onwards,I will be following LWMDR strictly(May be till I go on next Trip!!!) and report my results with lab reports.
This is my personal experience and this is shared for the people, who are interested in knowing the benefits of LWMDR.
God Bless Shooter George.

Thank you. I follow Shooter George LWMDR without any deviation. He had tried many things and concluded, what is best for curing diabetes. So why try to reinvent? I am happy, there is consistent progress.
Low carb substitutes anywhere in World can keep your Sugar readings low. I stick to Long wheat mash for lunch and dinner and avoid anything suspicious In India. When I was in States I could get effective substitutes to Long wheat and keep my blood sugar to satisfactory levels by having an eye of what I eat and go for my daily morning walks.
Always keep in mind that you are basically diabetic and tend to loose control on maintaining the sugar level on the slightest carelessness. By the end of February '15 I am again going to states and is already planning about the diet and exercise I have to follow. I am supposed to go for a cruise voyage for a week there in March and is worried about what to eat then. Certain emergency concessions may have to be done with the risk of a hike in Sugar status temporarily. I am confident that I will be bring it to reasonable levels later.
Today the FBS was 107, in spite of consuming one sweet (jangiri) yesterday around lunch time due to social pressure. With strictly following LWMDR as per Shooter George, I am sure I should be able to start reducing my daily medicine dosage soon.
Iam 65yrs. diabetic for the last 20 years. I would like to know How this LWMDR ( is it the long wheat available in the market?) prepared ( for food) and to be taken for controlling the sugar. My present sugar level is 166 fasting and 350 pps.
Dear cavrvisaga, please let us know your location, sothat someone from your place will help you. Please click on SHOOTER GEORGE and read his postings, wherein he gives the availability and alternative names at different states. Kindly reduce your sugar levels quickly. All the best.
Today 14 Nov being World Diabetes Day this post is sweeter to me. A big bundle of thanks to you dear Vijay60.
Next time when you go abroad, consider the possibility of taking some LW either with you or through cargo. Whole grain being cultivable may have obstacles to overcome, like quarantine etc. If you get it broken in a flour mill, such problems may not be there. You can try your luck.
