greetings, Hope your are Type 2 Diabetic. if Type two Diabetic, you can reverse it with food. to Start with avoid "Milk, Buttermilk, Curd, Sugar, Jaggery or any sweetner. Then Avoid three poisonous one "Wheat, Corn, Fruit juice",. inclujding rice for some days Also, root items E.g. Potato, Carrot, Beetroot, Radish., then french beans, broad beans

Food to be had:-

Peas (black,, brown anything, whole moongh, (green) spinach opr leavy veg, cabbage, lettuce, etc. you may ask if i feel hungry, what can i have as it sends signal to brain that one is hungry, the answer is "Ghee, butter, cheese" have plenty and this cuts the hungry pranks - this is the secret behind this. Also have Tindora daily two in the morning, then baby onion fo gms as it produces insulin.

For any clarification, please refer one Video in you tube, that is very useful means very useful.

LCHF Diet by Sindhu Vijay and see what she says. It is an awareness and other video is also there which is helpful

god bess you to come out of this sugar problem.

also indian medicine is available like Sirukuranjan powder (a sugar killer) Thandrondrikai, Kadukai and nellakai (all to be made in powder ) in equal quantity and taken one spoon after food. Then Avaram poo and kadukai powder mixed with hotwater once around 11 in the morning and one time in even around 3 or 4 in the evening. this is not a disease, just some flaw due to food blockages in our system. god bless you to come out of this. regards, ramesh

Please visit your nearest clinical laboratory and test your fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar (2 hours after taking food).

Diabetes is diagnosed with the following blood tests:--

Fasting blood glucose level -- diabetes is diagnosed if it is higher than 126 mg/dL two times

Random (nonfasting) blood glucose level -- you may have diabetes if it is higher than 200 mg/dL, and you have symptoms such as increased thirst,

urination, and fatigue (this must be confirmed with a fasting test)

Oral glucose tolerance test -- diabetes is diagnosed if the glucose level is higher than 200 mg/dL after 2 hours

Hemoglobin A1c test

Normal: Less than 5.7%

Pre-diabetes: Between 5.7% and 6.4%

Diabetes: 6.5% or higher

Early diabtes can be reversed or rather postponed for some time. For all practical purposes you have to treat yourself as a diabetic and take several remedial measures.Since you at an early stage, try reducing weight by about 3 to 4 kilos. You may find some improvement. Most important measure to keep diabetes at bay is to keep a watch on what you eat,how much you and when you eat.Give up processed sugar in all it's forms like added sugar in coffee/tea,cakes,sweets etc. Also reduce drastically or avoid carb rich foods like potato, beet etc.Prefer to eat smaller meals at shorter intervals to avoid sugar spikes.Next comes exercise.you can play games like shuttle, swimming, walking for about 40 minutes daily or any other form physical activity.Last but not the least,do not be worried about diabetes.Leading a stress free and disciplined lfe goes long way in fighting diabetes. And,I suggest you buy a glucometer to keep track of how well you are managing your diabetes. It is good that you aware of your condition at a very early stage. If you start early,it is easier to manage.
