You have not mentioned your age and period of diabetics. Every man has a identical health and does not match with others. If you are above 60 and you have diabetics for 2 decades , it will have effect on sex, eye, heart, blood, kidneys and hair. As aging effect, make sex once in month and not frequently. Hope your partner will also agree to this, as she care for your health. Sex is not only thing in your life, especially after 60. Make good Dhyan, have a good diet and good sleep. Concentrate more in GOD and forget other physical things.
