I am 32 male diagnosed T2 six months ago since 1month I am only on diet and exercise(aerobic, biking, running) my FBS around 100, and random BS 100-130, pp one hour often 120-160 is ,before 1month I was on metformin 250mg per night.

Now my question is this should I go ahead without meds or no although it seems everythings are normal?

let me mention I have flu since two week why it not become good?

Diet and exercise are sufficient till the condition worsen further; it will happen slowly and steadily only.
