I drink aleo Vera juice and amla juice mix at night. What are the effects.

I searched in Google. I mix 20 ml aleo Vera and 20 ml amla juice with 40 ml water. I take first dose in the morning on empty stomach. I take breakfast after 2 hours. I tried second dose in the afternoon in the evening. I was not satisfied. Now I take second dose at night. I begin the day with mixture of aleo Vera and amla juice and end the day with the same. In the morning I feel very light and energetic. I am satisfied with this .
