It is not quite that simple.

You have to fully understand how homeopathy works and reading the book - The Field by Dr. Lynne McTaggart may assist with that.

I use muscle testing to see what, when and how much hom. med. I need.

I can tell you some of the meds, but what suits me may not suit you; we are all different and you need to see a homeopath, which is what I did for many years until the BHH was closed down.

The doctor, also conventional, actually tested my muscle testing (which I didn't know until afterwards) to see if it was accurate.

He asked me to test 2 bottles which I assumed were both hom. meds.

I tested one and my muscles remained strong.

The other, my muscles were weak because I found there was something in it I couldn't take, but there was also something in it I needed, too.

The doctor then told me that the first one was the placebo and there was nothing in it to weaken my muscles.

The second had thyroxin in it which I needed, but it also had lactose in it- to which I am allergic.

He then prescribed the medicine for me in very weak alcohol solution.

Some of the meds are thuja; silicea (but this caused my crowns to fall out and it must not be given to ex-soldiers with shrapnel wounds, as it can cause the shrapnel to move in the body or in fact the body to reject it, which one could think is good, but it can be dangerous depending on where it is, of course); plantago - helps me with toothache; capsicum helps me with ear infections; hepar sulph helps with abscesses; phosphorus helps me with bleeding; polybowel with low gut bacteria - these are just some, but like I said you would be best consulting a qualified, experienced and recommended homeopath in your area - try a natural health centre for instance.

I don't take all the meds at the same time only when required. I have learnt to manage my symptoms or most of them because no doctor has been able to prescribe and tell me exactly when to take them, which makes sense really as our bodies are changing all the time as well as being subjected to outside influences all the time.
