Alternatives to Allopathy (English Medicines)

Any one here who have tried alternative medicines (Ayurvedic, Unani, Homoeopathy, Acupuncture........... ) to allopathy medicines. How effective they are ?

Yes. I take an ayurvedic medicine, completely cut off insulin, take half the dosage of metformin and gliclazide suggested. Changed to Brown Basmati rice, and smoothies. My 30 day average with 20 readings is 134. For further details write to me at [e-mail]

Brown Basmati Rice - Is it Par Boiled Basamati Rice?

I do not know whether it is paraboiled. I thin k it is unpolished. You get a couple of brands like India Gate or Dawat. You may check with these suppliers
