So what is present status of your diabetes?
Pls.elaborate. watch were ur readings initially&wat life style changes u made in firm of diet .daily routine&wat r ur readings now so we all can benefit from ur experience. Thx
2010 diagnosed with FS - 231 mg/dl PP - 462 mg/dl & HB1AC 14% sounds crazy . In addition Fatty liver and dyslipidamia.
I Do resistance exercise for 30 mins and 30 mins treadmill and cycling (Gym Activity) i stop exercise when all the sweat comes out of my body and no more sweat comes out.
I play cricket; monthly once 1 hour swimming and only whole wheat items... Wheat dosa, Idly broken wheat...
I dont stop eating other foods which will increase the glucose.... i dont care as i know i will sweat out......

Ur initial blood results are not of a prediabetic&now also hb1ac of 7 is not too good. Continue with wat ur doing in form of sweating it out but be Lil more careful any the diet. Read abt LCHF on this forum &tweak ur diet accordingly &u will win the war.

Please correct yourself you were neither prediabetic in 2010 nor even today.Prediabetic level for HbA1c is 5.4 to 6.4.Either you are referring wrong reference of your blood report(test with accredited laboratory) or your doctor is misguiding you.You are having controlled diabetic.No doubt you have achieved a lot from 2010.Further continue and target for HbA1c to 6.5.
Reguler exercise will help a lot to cotrol suger level.
