Hi and welcome to the group, Sabaat . Please feel free to continue posting and commenting, taking the polls on the Polls Section, asking questions, attending the Monthly Meetings and of course, meet the rest of the group members.

Are you on insulin with other medications? Does your doctor have you counting carbs for each meal and snack? What exercise routine do you do? How many times a week/day?

Adopt low carbohydrate diet. Avoid oily foods as well as bakery and fast foods.

Eat less food more times in a day.

Don't consume food after 7:00 pm.

Exercise daily. Brisk walking for about 30 minutes is sufficient.

Check your FBS or PPBS daily and avoid foods that cause high blood sugar.

Undergo HbA1c tests every 3 or 4 months.

I beg to differ on few points.

1) Why to avoid oily food ? Which ones ? On the contrary one should take more of good fats / oils.

2) Why to eat " Eat less food more times in a day."? Just 2-3 meals a day. How about IF ? Good fats are better than carbs. Good oils don't cause fat deposition in our body. It's carbs responsible for that.

tHERE ARE plenty of Nutritionist and M:D:s who still care about their patients Check out the Internet and find out how many natural foods there are without stopping your current medications. Afterwards u might try GREENS and HERBS (like VENADILLO) IT HAS BEEN KNOWN TO DROP b/s 20 TO 100PTS, BUT EVERY PERSON IS DIFFERENT. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH TO FIND OUT WHAT YOUR OPTIONS ARE.

Not what you're looking for?
