I HAVE DIABETIC TYPE 2 PROBLEM SINCE 2009.NOW I AM 37 YRS OLD. HOW I CAN GET RID OF IT.

Don't take any grains. Eat only salad & milk.for 40 days.then go for test.

Rice is rice - white or brown. Try to avoid rice & restrict wheat.

I have tried having brown bread . Talked to other diabetics keep toast in the oven/ toaster for 15 minutes. It works. It burns all nutrients along with carbs.

What is your Fasting and PP Readings? What is your Hb1a1 ? Are you under some medication?
