Beef liver mixed with carbs -peanuts and bsticks could be the reason. Don't mix meat with carbs at any meal. Carbs ask for quick and loads of insulin where in meat spends a holiday in your tummy asking for insulin when required. Unused carb processed insulin may turn your blood sugar up.
