Fasting blood sugar must be less than 100 mg/dL and Post-prandial blood sugar must be less than 140 mg/dL. You have got high blood sugar on both tests.

Check your HbA1c level. (If the result is more than 7%, you will acquire diabetic complications within few years unless you lower blood sugar.)
