I am in long wheat diet from 23/11/14 and result is very encouraging me.My fbs is now 112 and PP is 109 on last sunday.Fbs is ranging from 105 to 112 and Pp between 109 to 114 after 2 hours of meal.On 14/01/15 my RBS was 89 after 3 hours .On that date i eat gud , papaya,tilkut also.I never taken any medicine when sugar appears on 23rd march.I am only on an ayurvedic tonic name OJAMIN which is blood purifier.It is great to see my reading.All reading is taking from at home by glucometer.all reading was taken on sunday when i was not taken LWMDR.

Very good result. Keep it up and post us with your progress. Can you please give more deatils of your long wheat diet regime for the benefit of others ? How long have you been diabetic ?
I am diabetic from 25/04/14 on that day my result was Fbs is 149 and PP was 247.After 10 days it was 117 and 178,later after one month it was 130 and 205.Then I started Ojamin and change my daily activity and diet.I wake up at 5 AM and after fresh I take ojamin and go to morning walk and after 40 to 45 minutes walk I do yogasan of ramdev baba.This is continue but on 23/11/14 I started long wheat diet as recomendec by George Sir.I take at breakfast as describe by George Sir Just cooked in 1 to 1.30 hrs in cooker with water and salt.and at lunch I take 5 chapati and vegetable ,dal and usual cury. And at dinner at night i take this long wheat.
I have never any problem and never take any medicine.
At the start my fbs and pp was 149 and 247 on 25/04/14.After taking OJamin i am also change my life style and doing morning walk and yoga.but on 23/11/14 it was 124 and 167.I am taking this died at breakfast and dinner as discribed by george Sir.I cooked only wheat with water and salt in cooker for 1 to 1.30 hrs.I consumed it at breakfast and in dinner with curry .
