I'm taking one tablet metformine 500 mg daily but blood sugar pp 159 fpp115 please other any suggestion

you could take something called "VENADILLO" ITS A NATURAL SEED like a pumpkin seed . you peel the outside shell and eat the bitter raw white seed inside There is no set amount it will drop but it works for me and its natural. I get mine in Mexico. God Bless Hector

Oral anti-glycemic pills can not fully control your blood sugar. You should give more importance to diabetic diet and aerobic exercise.
