Today my fasting 166. My number after is 186. My hb1c is 9.8.

I am very happy this result is without medicine before one month 375/531 and hb1ac is 13.7

Keep it continue. R u sure,it is without any medicine.It was just on LCHF diet.

Don't so keep peace because yr HbA1c is still high. Once it come down to 6 than try experiment. Don't give up medicine untill u achieve HbA1c around 6. After getting target try PANEER KA FUL. This will give excellent result. But be serious about HbA1c 9.8.
