My current level is 6.7 average glucose is 140. Kindly suggest whether I am suffering from any disease.

6.7 show that your sugar goes high some times, normal sugar is < 6, suggest reducing carbs, excercise and try to get it below 6.5, go for 2nd glucose test and conslut physiscian on the numbers

Dear Sir,

My HBAC 1 was 5.6 three month before and now it is 5.4 and my fasting is 70 and my post meal is 90 now . My fasting has been below 90 on avarage since last 5 month and post meal has been 120 on avarage basis . I am not taking any medicine since august 2016. Pl give your analysis and opinion.

Yoga for 1 hours and pranayam and 1 hours walking, diet control . No rice , potato, sugar. Aviod sweet .

It is 'good control', but normal is 6.Control a bit more Decrease your carbohydrate content and may substitute them with protein and fat.
