Benefit of AJWAINE

HI Bujiibabu, I am a suger patient, I am taking Glucovance 505 mg twice a day So started to get Ajwine water (10grams ajwaine put in a glass of water and boil it 2/3 munites ,suck it ,drink the water ) but my suger was very high. then i have stop it. So please do guide me . I am waiting for your reply soon

hi gedulink, seen your post, i am also a diabetic, i also take medicine more than u take. I do'nt know who prescibed you ajwine for diabetic. Ajwine is very effective for gas, acidity and gives good result. As far as i know in the morning itself in empty stock if u take the water with ajwine ( keeping overnight ajwine + water ) for 21 days, one of my friend challenged me that gas , acidity will not disturb your stomach for long days. Better take with cold water not with boiled water as you replied.
