Pl read the labels

It may contain :

Refined wheat or maida

Sugar or sugar substitute like aspartame or saccharine

Refined oil like soya oil

All to be avoided

Also we are supposed to watch the carb intake

So it really will be be a good snack

It will be loaded with junk in the name of health food
