Benefit of AJWAINE

HI Bujiibabu, I am a suger patient, I am taking Glucovance 505 mg twice a day So started to get Ajwine water (10grams ajwaine put in a glass of water and boil it 2/3 munites ,suck it ,drink the water ) but my suger was very high. then i have stop it. So please do guide me .
