Please try Vasanth Kusumakar Ras. Made by Dabur and others. It's got gold, silver and other heavy metals so speak to your Ayurveda doctor about it before use. It brings about radical changes in the body which has been ravaged by diabetes the silent killer. It rejuvenates and prevents diabetic related complications.
