I've been a diabetic since 2013. My Hba1c was 9.9. During the period, I was losing weight consistently. I was prescribed 500mg BD. I was 74 kgs. then. Today I am 52kgs. Now I have been advised to continue without metformin and take Penta Sure DM for 3-4 weeks. Will it work and increase my weight?

Treatment of diabetes needs full expertise including guidance of health diabetic educationists. Please consult the specialists lest you develop some permanent complications.
Penta sure DM is not a medicine .It is a supplement. It is recommended by ADA and WHO.So no comment over that. You have not indicated your blood report parameters such as FBS, PPBS &HbA1C. please provide these for suggestions.Thanks.

Why do you want to increase your weight when you seem to be going off the drugs? Are you not comfortable with the present weight or having some health issues?
