Please suggest the best performing in terms of accuracy, cost, maintenance and after sales service. Is advisable to buy online or any pharmaceutical shop

I have observed in a diabetic camp, most of them are using Accu chek active. However, in a review, FreeStyle Freedom Lite was shown as more accurate than Accu Chek Active. But, I am still using Accu Chek only.
