AbhaSrivastava what Hidden said is most likely applicable to imo majority of diabetics. Anyone in stage 2/3 or above of Kraft's Insulin Assay will respond the same to carbs irrespective of GI.

If you still want to experiment, let your meter be your guide.

Sir I like to take one cup tea in morning and evening with very little sugar so I thought that taking diabliss instead of simple sugar will be beneficial

I think It should be perfectly fine in small quantity. Two teaspoons will make only 8 gms of carbs. and you take medicine so no issue. It is pure cane sugar plus some spices and therefore it should be safe.

I am also trying to find if it is available in the UK. Enough of bitter tea.
