Drink to avoid by Diabetics

if somebody is taking alcohol for last 35 years and now diabetic since last 10 years , what is your opinion about drink , which is less harmful for him : Rum or Whisky or Vodka

But I take 2 to 3 small drinks at least 5 days in a week but very regular in Walking,yoga and exercise every day religiously .

Thank God,the Diabetes is within the range of 105 to 120.

It is only a game of Diet and Exercise and if you follow it 100%

on regular basis,you will be fine.

consult your Doctor once in 3months and enjoy life.

I think 60 Mg to 90 Mg will not make any difference provided you do your

exercise ,Yoga ,Walking etc. on regular basis.
