Hi, My question may be a laughing stuff for someone but who cares!!
I m 36 old M, type 2 diagnosed abt 8 months ago. Love to have a bottle of chilled beer during the hot evening of summer. I hardly drink onece or twice a month. Is this safe to have 1 bottle of 650ml with 5.5 % alcohol?
Thanks

acv doesn't improve my bs too. Nothing works when we have a basic defect - ir and lack or shortage of insulin. When beta cells have failed hardly anything works
as i said earlier these are all anti oxidants. Very costly. Natural anti oxidants are better. Any substance when passes through git undergoes lots of chemical and enzymatic processes. I can't say how much anti oxidant activity of these substances - medicines are retained when they reach our circulation. I trust more on natural substances more.
Alcohol actually suppresses glucagon release. I had two kf - special strong beers with fried beef. Then had my regular lunch. Two hours later, my glucose reading was 82 - measured with accucheck active.
