It means you BS is very high. Bring it to normal levels.

What is your diet ? Which medicines do you take ?

Check your fasting blood sugar daily. Fasting blood sugar should not exceed 100 mg/dL. Post-prandial blood sugar should not exceed 140 mg/dL. You should control blood sugar by diet, exercise and diabetic medications.

If blood sugar exceeds 180 mg/dL, glucose will be excreted through urine.
