I have been diagnosed as diabetic about 6 years back. As per my family doctor's advice, I changed my lifestyle, food habits and started walking 5 km per day. Today my diabetes is under full control without any medicines or insulin. Do I need medicines?

Hi

I have followed the same way like you but we need to adhere instruction and advise from Doctore and need to take medicene on regular manner without fail.

We have to accept one thing very clearly that there is natural malfunction for gneration enough Insulin from our body and hence Sugar has penetrated in the Urine as well as blood

Please take medicene regularly with strick lie style with changed management process

I wish you very good health many more years to come

Enjoy every momnet of life and always Cheers !!!!

Thank you all for responding to my question. My blood reading is 115 fasting and 130 post lunch. My A1c is 6.3. I am maintaining this with diet control and walking and daily yoga. I thought that I can manage this way without any medicine. Thanks to Mr Anup who is also controlling sugar level without any medicines.

Thanks to all of you once again.
