What is in this plan?

Diabetics need to control carb intake

Our capacity to handle carb is reduced to a great extent.

I do not know fully about this diet but i understand that this involves taking different food groups every day ... like a vegetable day. a fruit day etc

This diet may be a good diet for a normal person to Detox.

For a diabetic i does not offer any great benefit as we cannot continue this diet for long

This diet will not cure Diabetes.

So thing how to reduce carbs in daily meals.

For me low carbs with high fat worked very well with Hba1c of 5.2 last month & all post meal spikes below 140 with all lipids under control..

Better go on Hundai diet plan more selling car in India
