is JANUMET and JALRA M, same. Earlier I was taking Jalra M 50/500 twice daily. Now taking Jalra M 50/1000 . what does it mean. The dose power has increased or decreased. please reply.

Janumet = sitagliptin + Metformin 500mg from MSD
Jalra M 1000 = vildagliptin + Metformin 1000mg from USV
Here metformin is increased and the gliptin is changed
