i a taking Riomet 500 after dinner and fasting sugar between 90 to 100. What shoud i do tocontrol sugar level without medicine?

Please continue doing what are you doing for at least six more months. Watch your progress. If it remains stabilised then only take any decision.you are on minimum of medication. It is quite possible for you to get rid of medicine.
