No it will not turn into cancer but if you have cancer cells in your body then you will get cancer... Why don't you think positive about your health cause most of the diseases are made or made worst from your bad mentality...search for the books of meditation.. And you don't have to do mediation for half day 10min is enough for the starter and you will see miracles.... 

And also check for yog nidra and swara yoga...

Dangers of insulin resistance,which is connected with diabetes . It causes high level of of circulatory insulin due to compensatory mechanism ,drugs for type-2 diabetes or externally administrate insulin or simply due to high calorie diet ,this may pose several other dangers to health.

  Cancer-  Insulin stimulates cell growth and unfortunately cancer cells have six to 10 times the number of insulin receptors molecules that grab on to the hormone- as do normal cells. So if extra hormone hits preexisting cancer cells,it makes bad things more worse For cancer ,insulin is like pouring gasoline on fire.
