Can eat rice preferably brown rice or boiled rice one small cup not more than that.

gimpex yes but in measured quantity to avoid over eating

If you conscious of your overall food intake you will know what to eat,how much to eat ,what foods you should not eat and when you should have your meals.These matters should be worked out by your self after a deep consideration.You can eat rice but in smaller quantities.

Instead of white rice if you switch over to brown rice, it would be better. At the most 1 small cup of white rice per day is allowed if you as particular.
