Hi, All members ,

I am 70 and a Diabetic for last 18yrs. taking Amaryl M Forte once a day blood reports are ,

10/9/15 HbA1c 5.9( normal >6 as per lab) Absolute blood glucose 123 ( Good Control as per lab) Vitamin B12 1475(Normal 211-911)

10/12/15 HbA1c 6.6( Good Control as per lab) Absolute blood glucose 143( Good Control as per lab) Vitamin B12 1917( Normal 211-911).

Request for Comments advice on diet and medicine .

Well done.. 18+ years with least drugs.. !!

Reduce carbohydrates in your diet.. (Rice, rotis, potatos, etc..) Your readings will improve..

Very high levels of B12

If available in your city go for active B12 test to check for availability of B12 at cellular level.

Also check your kidneys and liver for their function test.
