As stated above in Punjabi , here is the translation.

Best and sure cure home remedy for Diabetes. It will cure chronic Diabetes also.

1. Ginger 50 Gms

2. Garlic clove 25 Gms

3. Mint fresh 50 Gms

4. Pomegranate Sour 50 Gms

Mix these well , grind well and Take One teaspoon thrice a day , morning, Noon and Evening.

I have tried my level best to Translate.

4. अनार खट्टे 50 ग्राम

इन चारों को पीस कर चटनी बना लें और दिन, सुबह, दोपहर और शाम को तीन बार एक चम्मच ले

Just want to ask what is sour pomorgrante.is it the skin of pomegranate.
