Hi 27 Parims

You may soake 10 paneer dodi in a half glass of water overnight and take water in morning empty stomach. This should be followed along with morning walk and light exercise . Number of paneer dodi may be increased in case of high levels.

You may try this for 20 days and go on checking your bs levels if it works you may continue .

I searched in palasarukku stores in Coimbatore this panner pookkal(flowers) including nattu marundu kadai. Nobody knows this natural medicine and I am disappointed. Is there any other name for this flower in our tamil language? I shall be grateful if you can tell me where it is available in Chennai or any other place in our state so that I can arrange through somebody to buy in person and send it to me.

this seeds are used for milk coagulation, i.e, to make panneer out of milk.

this was purchased near paris corner in some shop in chennai, and sent by my relative to me.! rs 100/kg.

I and my wife are regularly taking for the past ten days.it is ok.no adverse effects. BS is under reducing trend with ofcourse some fluctuations. may b more time required for stability in BS levels.

I am 60 yrs and 18 yrs T2DM ,on metformin 1000 mg /day and insulin 50 ml/day having some problem in fixing a recipe for LCHF.

I stopped eating NVeg (including egg) , the moment I was diagnised as T2 DM in the year 1998.

so for reversing my dietary habits (adding egg, fish etc), feel sentimentally, not ok.

so I am in a dilemma. Can any body suggest me how I should address this problem.
