It would be appreciated if such quotes, " (as some people here are wrongly propagating)." are avoided.
Every one has a voice to express their opinion, and follow any type of diet/food according to choice, which suits them best.
None is proven, what works for one may not work for another.
Some people..... those people......such talks leads to misunderstanding and dividing of groups. and infighting.
Opinions are asked, and given, each according to his or her adaptability. that is all that is asked, and required, but criticising others opinion is not welcome.
I feel offended when this happens, whoever that person maybe.
In general paneer would be considered as a low carb and high protein food. It doesn't matter what diet you are following, one word of caution is make sure your kidneys are not compromised because of diabetes in which case the high protein content will be BAD for you. And yes this holds good if you are on a conventional low fat ADA prescribed diet or LCHF diet.
So in general follow this for any other protein rich foods too.
in US.. cow milk 1 gallon have 12grms natural sugar per glass.. and cheese has same . so it means we should not drink milk or eat cheese.. according to lchf diet.. we shouldnt take carbo.. if you are in india can you tell me what is your daily diet. what you eat... do you eat chapati.. tea..
"So, I do not care if my words end up offending anyone, as long as it can stop someone from being mis-guided and worsening his/her condition."
It can be easily interpreted as arrogance. Even if you have good intentions and even if you have a very valid point, if you resort to aggression and offend people while making your point, chances are what you have to say will fall on deaf ears. I have always been a proponent of being respectful to each other and presenting ones point in a matter of factly manner. Arguments like "they started it" or "they said that so why can't we say this" are counter productive and won't result in a productive discussion. Think on the lines of Gandhiism, take the first step to stop argumentative talk and eventually those who offend you by their counter arguments will present their views/ opinions in a matter of factly manner. Otherwise the cycle will continue.

"So, I do not care if my words end up offending anyone"
prompted me to write to you. I stand by what I wrote about being respectful. Now whether you want to call it sermon or something else is upto you. It is not a message just to you but everyone on the forum. Since all responses are visible to everyone so if I wanted to say something specifically to you alone I would be using a private message.
Call it Gandhiism or call it something else but if people get into a tug of war and no one wants to let fo then there is no end to it. I will say this to anyone who is being aggressive and offensive about anything and everything.
