I am a Diabetes Pt diagnosed one year back and on medications since then. I came to know about the concept of LCHF diet and I have started it from today. Wat I want to know is should I stop my night dose of Diabetes medication since the sugars may go very low at night and I am eating only salad and milk at dinner time

LCHF means Low Carb High Fat. Make sure you don't make the mistake of treating it as LCLF - Low Carb Low Fat!

I was on Istamet+metformin +Diamicronfor 15 plus days.And I experienced 2 hypos.I was very happy.

Hypos means less medication.Next day I discussed this with my doctor and she reduced diamicron.

If you experience hypo plz discuss with your doctor and he will guide you.
