There's natural solution available. No medicines. Kindly forward your complete blood Lipid profile. Or incidentally if you one done 3 to 4 months back, is also fine.

what is the HBA1C value. there are some times due to consumption of more sugar it shoots up. but will come down. HBA1C value will decide the actual condition. no need to worry if the value if within limits

Please DO NOT PANIC.

I am living a near normal life with Diabetes for the last 22 years. You need regular exercise. Fortunately you are in your weight limits. Consult a good diabetologist. Take prescribed medicines without missing. Do not stress out. Do not be under self pity. The disease is treatable with medicines. Continue to live normal, eat, drink and follow what the doctor says.

one extra caution, wear slippers at home. do not walk without foot wear even if you are to visit a temple

Hello, Dont worry, this could be because of some abnormal circumstances , unless you check for three to four times and your sugar level is not normal then that is diabetes.

However, take care for your food intake and exercise.

To conclude , you may not have diabetes but your body has given indication so be careful in future and most important dont panic.

All the best.

The random check is a good indication that all is not right, the way to go forward is get a full blood and lipid profile analysed and seek the advise of an experience diabetic specialist and if confirmed then follow a holistic regime inclusive of low glycemic foods, exercise, keep with less stress, good and quality sleep and medication, observe the impact and changes to blood sugar level frequently and maintain a record. It is a disease to be managed and just panicking and worrying does not help.

First you don't worry about your sugar level.

Regular workouts like (Walking, jogging, Swimming, etc...)

Take some herbs (cassia auriculata flower, cassia auriculata leaves, amla fruit, fenugreek seed, Gymnema sylvestre or use Diatea)

All the things are available in market.
