LWMDR doubt.

I have a small doubt regarding LWMDR. I take LWMDR for breakfast continuously (not even one day missed)for the last 50 days. For dinner due to some unavoidable reason (I have to prepare wheat chapatis for other family members and I am tired to make LWMDR for me), I am taking LW chapatis for the last 20 days. Strictly long wheat chapatis only. Got LW ground in the flour mill. As per my earlier posting and based on the replies to that I am not checking blood sugar every day. Want to continue for 3 months and then check the sugar levels. Stress free. My doubt is will this long wheat chapatis help me in bringing down my FBS & PPBS??? Can someone who is practising LWMDR and able to control sugar levels, guide me please?

Thank you so much Mr.Asoreka for your reply. As I mentioned, I was checking every day and could not see the reduction in BS values apparently. Was getting stressed. That's why, I decided to go ahead with LWMDR for breakfast and LW chapati for dinner for a few weeks more and check the values. That way little bit relieved. Again my sincere thanks for your supporting words.

I took FBS yesterday and today after two months plus of LWMDR . It was 104 and 105. I didnot check BS for one month,but continued LWMDR. I had mentioned that FBS was around 135 even after a month of LWMDR. Also I took LWMDR for dinner NOT as porridge but as chapatis or dosa or uppuma. Breakfast as porridge only. Lunch was usual with control on starchy/ sweet items.

The interesting part is I couldn't go for walking almost for a month due to HEAVY RAINS in Chennai. With all that, 105 as FBS seems to be a good achievement. Now the target is to reduce the medication. Sincere thanks to SHOOTER GEORGE and Asoreka, who has motivated by his supportive postings and achievement.

Please read the article by Shooter George. LW only in orginal form will give the desired effect. Flour or cracked will give the effect as any ordinary wheat only. LW(whole) must be consumed for BF as well as dinner. LW chappati for dinner will not give desired effect of LW for some, I found in my experience. Maybe ok for some, but if it is not giving you the desired change, then, you must strictly follow Shooter George's theory. Good luck, keep at it, you will succeed.
