I am posting my experience, only with the intention that it has helped me,it can help someone also.
After 16 days of LWMDR, my FBS was 104 and PPBS was 90. Strictly following LWMDR for breakfast and dinner. Lunch as usual rice plus other items. My interest in LWMDR is to bring the sugar values under control and enjoy food now and then. So, I took yesterday and day before yesterday, half MANGO fruit during lunch time . Looks like good going.

As explained by Mr.Shooter George,(you may please see his postings) I am taking in porridge form for breakfast and dinner. But some people have taken like Dalila, Adai and chapatti and got good results. 12 hours gap between two LWMDR's. LUNCH normal as usual without sugar and starchy vegetables. No fillings in between. Walking and yoga daily.
Sir, may I ask you what is the prime purpose of you taking those "semi-ripe fruits". Is it for health improvement, just enjoyment, comfort of bowel movement or because your physician advised you?
As understood by me, fruits & uncooked vegetables should not be joined with cooked food. Those should be taken after completion of digestion of previous intake; another intake should not happen before the completion of digestion of those. This rule is applicable to any food intake as well.
Whenever one take food, take it in sufficient quantity. Otherwise it will be unnecessary taxing to the digestive system.
Now since you know a clear picture of the system, you may try those fruits & monitor the variation in Blood sugar values. Even if FBS is steady, PPBS may shoot up.
Thank you Mr.George. it's only for health benefits as I am taking only LWMDR in the morning and night. At 8 AM I take LWMDR for breakfast. At 11.30 AM I take these half ripe fruits. At 2PM lunch as usual. Yes. I should start monitoring the PPBS. FBS is hovering around 95 to 100 with all the medications in place. I understand, I am yet to go a long way. Anyway it's a good start and I am happy about it. Thanks again to Mr.George.
