Thanks in advance for your valuable reply for my question. My fbs 115 / ppbs 145 and taking glycomet gp 0.5 only before breakfast every day. Occasionally I feel hungry with shaking during lunch hour. Please comment.

you should take some snacks like biscuit and tea or coffee between 11 to 11.30 am in the morning without fail to avoid shaking before lunch hour and shaking implies you are leading to hypoglycemic level ie low sugar position. so it is very much required that you must i repeat must take between 11 to 11.30 am.

Higher medicine dosage may be your problem. Solution is not taking more food but reducing medicine judiciously. Why should one take more medicine and compensate it by taking more food?
