Good and bad fat for diabetes

Which type of fat are good for diabetes if i am following LCHF. Saturated fat ,Trans fat ,Polyunsaturated fat ,Monounsaturated fat and how much per day??

Mostly saturated. So called 'vegetable' oils are highly processed seed oils that are easily oxidised and cause inflammation throughout the body:

Coconut, avocado, butter, ghee, duck fat, lard, dripping are among many that are healthy and stable when eaten on their own or used for cooking.

The benchmark for me is 'how does it taste?' Nature lets you know what's best!
