Tingling in left leg recently diagnoised Diabetes

Hi i am 29 yrs old boy recently diagnoised from Diabetes.

My sugar level is fasting 110 after meal 200

I have tingling in left leg all the time.

Is it due to diabetes? If yes then why it was not when my sugar level is 400 before diagnosis.

I want you to ask you people how to overcome from this.
