Im suffering from diabeties since 2011 .my fasting is 140 and pp is 245.so please tell me what should i eat .so my sugar levelwill come down.please suggest me some medicine also.

you should avoid sweets and if you want more further detail you should go to well studied doctor and eat more natural sugarless items like vegetables etc

You can eat those foods which have low Glycemic Index like vegetables, fruits, legumes, pulses, meat, etc.. Avoid foods with high GI like white rice, refined flour, bakery items. Completely avoid sugar in any form (even honey). Try reducing carbohydrates intake and replace it with fat (known as LCHF diet - you will find lot of information/experience on LCHF in this blog). Also try Long Wheat in your diet - its bit costly though.

Do some lifestyle modifications - walk for 30 mins a day, be active, do yoga for stress relief, be happy!!

As far as prescribing tablets are concerned, this is the not the right place for that. You should take any tables under the supervision of a good diabetologist.
